As a pure white slab, it is a unique option for anyone needing the cleanest, purest white available.
It is created by pouring a mixture that consists of 75% silica into a mold to form the slab.
It is produced in strips that are 400 meters long and fired in a kiln of equal length at 1,550 degrees Celsius.
Once formed, the material is cut into slabs that are 3000*1600mm, then calibrated and polished.
Any remnants are 100% recycled and reused in the manufacturing process.
With a water absorbency rate of only 0.01%, it is highly unlikely this material will absorb any liquids.
The fabrication process for Nano Glass is similar to that of marble, including the recommendation to use a continuous blade.
